Painting is now running special
Residential Painting Holidays in Italy. These holidays are
designed to give students a better understanding of painting both in a
practical way, in a new environment and in a historical
background. With a combination of a half day of demonstration,
painting and tutoring; and a half day of art history and touring of
churches and museums. This historical perspective of the
Renaissance, gives the students a wider view of painting and how it
effect how they see things today.
 Even
in Passignano, 15 minutes from the villa, there is plenty of
Italian street scenes to be seen.From Giotto to Leonardo, we walk in
their footsteps in Assisi to
Florence. So much to see, so much to paint, and so much to
learn. But
still we find a bit of time to relax by the pool and to have some
special dinners, including the unforgettable evening in a famous
Florence Tuscan restaurant.

| Villa San Crispolto, Italy |
San Crispolto is an exclusive historic villa, offering luxury
accommodations in Umbria
close to Tuscany and other regions of Italy. Only one hour from
Florence and two from Rome, the villa is near the site of the Battle of
Lake Trasimeno.

bathrooms, 4 fireplaces and a gourmet kitchen. Marco has a wide
selection of fine wines from the local region and elsewhere. He
has a fine local restaurant to supply food at the villa or on a near
village.

Rates:
The rates of the 2005 holiday will be determined once we have assembled
more participants and have a good idea of the suitable time of the year
for most. The cost will be dependant on the time of year but it
will be include travel, accommodation, dinners and bus travel within
Italy.
